The Gemini Portal has a customizable page system allowing you to easily add pages. For those with no web page knowledge there are the dynamic pages which allow you to instantly create a new page within the system. For those with HTML or PHP knowledge you can easily create static or dynamic pages by simply inserting the page into the system. The Gemini Portal comes with many built in pages including: links, downloads, articles, news, forums, contact, user management, search, RSS, file management, shopping cart, and gallery.
The simple to use side sections and all pages are easily added the same way the main pages are. The side pages are displayed on either side of the page customizable in the theme. The layout of each side section is modified in the admin panel, which allows the position manipulation of each.
Each built in page has a built in section under the admin panel. From here you can do almost anything with the content on the web site, from creating a new secure download to setting up a shopping cart. Admin sections use a secure separate section of the web site so that users can not log into it. This allows the creation of any page just for admins, instead of limiting access on a normal page to admin only and using the main The Gemini Portal system.
The Gemini Portal uses a unique theme system with allows the manipulation and control of all content over the site through the theme. The capability of the theme systems customizability is endless. You can change anything from the color of text to the way users log in. Since the theme parses before the other pages, you can modify anything in the script before it is outputted.
